1. Scope of Free Migration
The free migration service includes moving your website content, such as text, images, and standard page layouts, to Snapps.ai.
The migration is limited to a maximum of 5 to 10 pages including blog posts. For websites exceeding this page limit, an additional cost will apply, ranging from $100 to $250 depending on the amount of work required.
The migration will focus on recreating the structure and layout of your current website using Snapps.ai’s tools and features.
2. Exclusions from Free Migration
E-commerce Websites: For websites with ecommerce functionality, migration costs will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Custom Designs & Development: Custom website designs and development are not included in the free migration services. These services will be charged separately, starting from $299, depending on the complexity and requirements of the project.
Third-Party Integrations: Migration of third-party integrations, such as plugins, scripts, or external databases, may involve additional costs or may not be supported.
3. Client Responsibilities
Provide accurate access to the current website, including necessary credentials and permissions.
Ensure all content to be migrated is organized and accessible.
Respond promptly to any requests or queries from our migration team to ensure a smooth process.
4. Limitations of Liability
Snapps.ai is not liable for any data loss, downtime, or disruptions caused during the migration process. It is recommended that you maintain backups of your website data prior to migration.
We do not guarantee that all elements, particularly custom or third-party features, will be perfectly replicated on the Snapps.ai platform.
5. Additional Services
Any work beyond the free migration scope, including extra pages, e-commerce functionality, custom designs, or development, will incur an additional fee. A detailed quote will be provided prior to commencing any such work.
6. Acceptance of Terms
By requesting a free website migration, you agree to these terms and conditions. Snapps.ai reserves the right to refuse or cancel the migration service at any time if these terms are not adhered to.
7. Changes to Terms
