Agency Coach’s Web Design Proposal Kit 2.0 is a course designed to help agencies and freelancers write and deliver client proposals. This is the latest offering among the company’s web design and marketing coaching courses. It was originally a part of the Design Agency Momentum Kit (or DAMK). Anchor Wave, the digital marketing agency Mike Schmidt founded, created and used the Design Agency Momentum Kit. Now, Agency Coach uses DAMK to teach and mentor digital agencies about building or improving their operations.
The Agency Coach’s Web Design Proposal Kit 2.0 is new. But Agency Coach is considered one of the best online training platforms today. It is optimistic of the course’s success. Steve Davis, an Agency Coach student and owner of Patmos Marketing, credits Mike Schmidt with helping develop his agency’s playbook concept. Bethany, the founder of Seymour Digital Marketing of North Carolina, is equally grateful. With Agency Coach’s mentorship, Bethany improved her agency processes and client nurturing. Another grateful student is Celeste, founder of Lustosa Marketing. She enrolled at Agency Coach looking for help to scale her agency. Lustosa Agency is now considered one of the top content marketing agencies in Adelaide, South Australia.

Who Is Mike Schmidt?
Mike Schmidt is the co-founder of Agency Coach, LLC. He started Agency Coach in 2019 with AJ Rivera, his partner at Anchor Wave.
Mike is based in Tucson, Arizona, and attended the University of Arizona. He studied Media Arts, New Media, and Computer Science. As a senior in 2003, Mike founded Anchor Wave, his digital marketing agency. It was at Anchor Wave that Mike developed his Digital Agency Momentum Kit. His goal then was to scale up and land more small businesses and high-ticket clients. That business proposal and sales framework helped Mike land over $10 million in closed sales. It continues contributing to Anchor Wave’s success and over $3 million in annual revenue.
In 2017, Mike started Agency Mastermind (which would become Agency Coach in 2019). In 2020, Mike and AJ turned over the reins of Anchor Wave to Lilly Darling to focus on Agency Coach. They developed Agency Coach into a successful coaching and mentorship program. Agency Coach offers courses in digital marketing, review management, SEO, and more.
